Help with stripping image attachments,

Hello,

        I am fairly new to Procmail.  I have Procmail running on my
FreeBSD system with Sendmail and have also installed the sanitizer.
This sanitizer filters many attachments for me but for some reason it
does not handle image files (I've tried *.jpg, *.gif in my
STRIPPED_EXECUTABLES file).  Is there a way either through the sanitizer
or through just Procmail itself that I can strip these attachments and
still let the message go through?   Please Advise.  I've browsed through
the archives and have found no reference to filtering image files as
well as dangerous attachments such as .vbs or .exe.
