Auto reply with attached file

Hello All,

I'm using the following to auto reply with a plain text message. I would
like to modify this to send a (non-text) ppt file. Is this possible by
changing the cat to another process? IE: some function $HOME/file.ppt ) |
$SENDMAIL -t

Any ideas are appreciated.
TIA
