Multiple Recipients Question Followup

Arrgh, I just figured out what the problem was:  the very first step of
the spambouncer procmail script is:
 
# Nuke duplicate messages
:0 Wh: msgid.lock
| $FORMAIL -D 8192 msgid.cache
 
so procmail obligingly gets rid of the second copy of any message being
delivered to multiple local recipients.
 
Commenting out that block solved the problem.
