Qmail's bouncesaying program and procmail

If ~/.procmailrc is called from ~/.qmail, and contains:

    EXITCODE=100
    :0 Wi
    | /var/qmail/bin/bouncesaying 'Some Message'

is the "Wi" correct?

Without it, I get a write error.
