You can't make both; it's one or the other.
As Nancy has posted, maybe something earlier in your .procmailrc is shunting
the unwanted messages to your inbox. As she and Alan have both said, a direct
cut-and-paste of that part of your .procmailrc and a verbose logfile would
give us more clues.
