Procmail Companion errata

Hi folks.

Those of you with copies of this book might like to know that Era
Eriksson has kindly provided a few dozen corrections to the text and
examples ranging from quite minor to very important.  All the errata are
listed at:

Many thanks to Era.  His procmail experience is certainly greater than
mine and any errors in the text on that page are almost certainly a
result of my mis-copying or rewording Era's notes.
