You can increase LINEBUF.
e.g. somewhere in the beginning of .procmailrc
LINEBUF=4096

My .procmailrc grows up to 50kb avg.
I have some troubles on redirect.

procmail: Unexpected EOL
procmail: Exceeded LINEBUF
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
Is there any solution of problem ?
