My interpretation of this condition is that it matches on:
A newline followed by the word "from" (insensitive to case)
or
the word "to"
or
cc followed by any character followed by zero or more occurances of
"patrick(_at_)domain
(Someone will correct me if I have misinterpreted the extend of the
effect of the * )
Your other conditions are ANDed not ORed but that doesn't matter because
they will all match every email sent by anyone since the dawn of time.
