Filter mail with

Hi All

I am begining with procmail.

I need a filter that can change the "mail from" of header  of a message and
put to him a mail from generic example: 7890(_at_)domain(_dot_)com, and the 
original
mail from of the message put it to body of the message.  Somebody has
experience with this?

I need help, references.
