sbirl: Subject: Forgot how to add procmail to sendmail
sbirl:
sbirl: I decieded to add a few rules to my sendmail.mc file.
sbirl:
sbirl: After I re-built the sendmail.cf, installed it, and restarted sendmail
sbirl: all of my email started dropping in my inbox.
sbirl:
sbirl: So I grep'ed the procmail INSTALL and README files, but couldnt remember
sbirl: what code I was supposed to place back into my .cf file.
sbirl:
sbirl: An initial search (not too in depth) of www.procmail.org didnt find me
sbirl: anything.
sbirl:
sbirl: I'll be trying a more in depth search via Google asap.
sbirl:
sbirl: Could someone supply an answer for me?
sbirl:
sbirl: Is there a way I could add it to the .mc file, so I dont forget it in
sbirl: another re-build?
sbirl:
sbirl:
sbirl: Thanks
sbirl: Birl

I remember that a Linux server (one I cant blow up) is running procmail too.
I grep'ed the /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file and found the following lines:

define(`PROCMAIL_MAILER_PATH',`/usr/bin/procmail') dnl
FEATURE(local_procmail,`',`procmail -t -Y -a $h -d $u') dnl
MAILER(procmail)dnl

which I added to my sendmail.mc file and re-built. Looks like Im back in
business. :)
