MailBox size problem

Hi,

I have this procmail rule

:0c:
/var/log/mail/AllMails.eml

:0
${DEFAULT}


It works perfectly but when AllMails.eml box reachs about 98M of space, 
it stops growing, so I have to clear file.  Does anybody knows what's 
happening?
