Hi,
FYI, I have released Softlabs AntiVirus 0.6.6 - a set of procmail
recipes designed to catch viruses - today. It adds new features to be
more flexible. As always, it is available via its Homepage at
http://softlabsav.sourceforge.net/
The ChangeLog is:
____________________________________________________________________________
v0.6.6 (2004 03 31)
+ new Configuration setting 'av_DISABLE_USERS' to specify usernames that
a globally called SoftlabsAV will not affect.
+ to be more flexible, SoftlabsAV does not call its internal files using
hardcoded absolute pathes anymore. This allows SoftlabsAV to be
installed into a directory other than the default one
('/etc/procmailrcs/softlabs').
+ by combining both new features mentioned above, it is now possible to
apply a stable version of SoftlabsAV residing in its default
installation directory ('/etc/procmailrcs/softlabs') to all users except
one admin user (defined in the 'av_DISABLE_USERS' setting), who uses a
newer development version instead, residing in another installation
directory (eg. /etc/procmailrcs/softlabs-dev'), with verbose logging.
best,
rob.
