xlt v.0.99 (part of 'just procmail')

A pre-release of xlt is available.

Usage:

  xlt_String = "thE qUIck brOwn fOx jUmps OvEr thE lAzY dOg"

  xlt_From   = "AEIOUY "
  xlt_To     = "aeiouy_"

  INCLUDERC  = "inc/xlt.inc"

will set 

  xlt_Return = "the_quick_brown_fox_jumps_over_the_lazy_dog"
