I'm running DSPAM + Postfix + Procmail (latest) and have recently started

#ls -al /var/spool/mail/mike
-rw-rw---- 1 mike mike 51105160 Sep 23 12:34 /var/spool/mail/mike
As you can see, that file is rather large. It is because I run imap not pop3
and don't delete any messages.
Now if I email to mike(_at_)domain(_dot_)com with just a little test email,
it gets
delivered. If I send it a big mail (like with an attachment), then I get the
failure and the mail gets bounced.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
My wild guess: You are very enar the 50Mb out-of-the-box quota limit
postfix applies to mailboxes; yet small messages are still being added
because they still fit in under 50Mb (52428800 bytes? Not sure, but
that's 1024 * 1024 * 50).
