I hope someone has an idea to solve this problem. I am wondering, why this
problem seems not to appear at other companies (because our mailserver ist
configured totally wrong?).

This is the most frequently asked question about Procmail and I discuss it in my Procmail Quick Start in this section:

 Important Warning: Procmail Cannot Reliably Route Users' Messages in a Virtual
Domain
 <http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/#virtualDomain>

The reason that other companies don't have this problem is because they let the receiving MTA (where the domain's MX records point) do the routing (and SpamAssassining, etc).

Hope this is helpful,
NM
