LargeFile Support

Hello, 

yesterday there was an issue about LFS for procmail in the Debian-BTS. 
Please can you check out the attached Message ?

When a mailbox size reaches 2GB, new emails sent to that email address =
doesn't get delivered , they start getting Queued. The cause of this =
problem is that procmail package is not compiled with Large File =
Support.=20

In order to fix the problem procmail with the following gcc options

'-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=3D64 -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE'

This is already reported as Bug#236685, but I don't want to introduce
LFS in procmail until it is officially supported by the author.
