Toen wij Bart Schaefer kietelden, kwam er dit uit:
Ruud H.G. van Tol:
And I prefer a syntax like:
:0
*$ $REM message
{ }
which can be achieved with
REM = "! HOST ?? ^^^^${TAB}"
OK, that's fine, but why not
REM = "! REM ?? ^^^^${TAB}"
At least then "$ $REM" in the rcfile becomes "! REM ??" in the log,
No, that part is not shown, just the
Match on ! ^^^^ message
is shown.
rather than this strange reference to HOST popping up for no obvious
reason.
REM is OK too (and EXITCODE is even better), there just needs to be
variable there, the smaller the better.
(And why four carets rather than two?)
To make it fast'n'easy for procmail to know that the condition is
false.
