uid=0(root) gid=0(root) groups=0(root)

Tux:/# ls -l

[gives me, among others]

drwxr-sr-x   44 root root    4096 Jan  4 17:05 home

..which I presume means /home is owned by root.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
