(FreeBSD, Postfix, and procmail)
I did something stupid with permissions and procmail started logging
"Suspicious rcfile" errors.
The permissions are fixed now, but is there any way to retrieve messages
not forwarded while permissions were set wrong?
For example:
Feb 5 03:03:15 mailserver postfix/qmgr[29536]: 9047F170A9:
from=<freund(_at_)example(_dot_)com>, size=274016, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Feb 5 03:03:15 mailserver procmail[28381]: Suspicious rcfile
"/usr/home/username/.procmailrc"
Feb 5 03:03:15 mailserver postfix/local[28380]: 9047F170A9:
to=<username(_at_)example(_dot_)com>, orig_to=<root>, relay=local, delay=0, status=sent
(delivered to command: IFS=' ' && exec /usr/local/bin/procmail || exit 75 #username)
Feb 5 03:03:15 mailserver postfix/qmgr[29536]: 9047F170A9: removed
That last "removed" has me thinking the message is gone. True?
thanks
