We've got procmail running on a qmail server.
I'm having real hard time just getting procmail to delete unwanted mail
by sending it to /dev/null.
Here is the recipe:
# Jeff's Test
:0
* ^From:(_dot_)*jeffmckeon(_at_)optonline(_dot_)net
/dev/null
The log then shows the following:
LOG:
procmail: [1984] Wed Feb 16 19:54:48 2005
procmail: Assigning "PMSRC=/usr/share/procmail-lib"
procmail: Assigning "ANOMY=/usr/share/procmail-lib/anomy/bin"
procmail: Match on ! "^X-Telaurus-Filter"
procmail: Match on "^From:(_dot_)*jeffmckeon(_at_)optonline(_dot_)net"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/dev/null"
procmail: Opening "/dev/null"
Subject: test from jeff 11
Folder: /dev/null
but the mail get's delivered anyway. What have I got wrong here!?
Thanks,
Jeff
