DEFAULT & ORGMAIL

In man procmailrc it says that de default value of 
DEFAULT is $ORGMAIL.

At my ISP's I logged this:

  ORGMAIL=/var/spool/mail/r/v/rvtol
  DEFAULT=/var/spool/mail/r/v/rvtol/

Is that a normal situation, or should they both be 
with (or without) the trailing slash?
