"Undeliver"; and worse, it won't work right, because you
left off the surround-parens.

I suspect the problem he's having is because some of the
bounces come with MIME-encoded Subject lines, e.g., from
other language regions.
I have detect the same problem... base64 encodings.
I'm very glad you finally stopped sending that broken MIME cruft
recently. (Thank you very much!) Now maybe you'll let up on quoting
people .sigs all the time, too.
