Only lookin at this, I would make it
LISTS = '((List1|List2)(-request)?)'
because that would make the '-request' optional. But are you sure that
the '-request' part is in the address inside a ^TO_ header field? See
the expansion of '^TO_' in `man procmailrc`.
There are better ways to find the LISTNAME in a message.
