well although that works, that stops all the mail from being scanned.

The rule says if it's going to @mydomain.com I want it to say comming from
@mydomain.com?
i've tryed to change it to
:0:
* ^FROM_*(_dot_)(_at_)mydomain(_dot_)com
$DEFAULT
but that dosn't seam to work?
