Did you try the obvious:
Mail\ \&\ other\ errors
It wasn't working - but I realized that the problem was in the client
more than in the server. Thunderbird adds "-" after "&" in the names
of folders, but then it doesn't show the "-" in the client interface.
So I need to deliver to Mail\ \&-\ other\ errors
