"Classic" procmail directories are no more vulnerable than maildirs.
That's what I thought.
It could well be that this person didn't quite grasp the workings of
classic procmail directories and was sure that whatever was the case
with MH directories applied to them too. ISTR that he went on and on
about MH folders and didn't directly address classic procmail
directories at any point, just concluding from his treatise on MH
folders that therefore only maildirs can be delivered to without file
locking.
