Hi guys,
I learned to read the logs I think, and I solved my issues. Here is my
~/.procmailrc and logs in case you wonder:
DEFAULT=/var/mail/$LOGNAME
MAILDIR = /var/mail/folders/$LOGNAME
:0
* ^Subject:.*Postfix log summary of (to|yester)day
pflogsumm
procmail: Match on "^Subject:.*Postfix log summary of (to|yester)day"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=pflogsumm"
procmail: Opening "pflogsumm"
procmail: Acquiring kernel-lock
procmail: [28861] Wed Oct 3 10:11:44 2007
procmail: Notified comsat:
"tolga(_at_)2215262:/var/mail/folders/tolga/pflogsumm"
From root(_at_)ozses(_dot_)net Wed Oct 3 10:11:43 2007
Subject: Postfix log summary of today
Folder:
pflogsumm 6257
I realized that it wasn't necessary to rename the file, as it will be
appended, if the recipe and DEFAULT/MAILDIR values are correct. So
thanks to everyone who helped me, mostly Dallman Ross (dman)
I have one more question guys. How can I create a rule based on Sender,
not From? Correct me if I'm wrong. *
^Sender:(_dot_)*procmail(_at_)lists(_dot_)RWTH-Aachen(_dot_)DE ?
Regards,
