Hi, i had the same error once.
put in the procmailrc file (either the user or etc ones) the following line
LINEBUF=16384
the value is variable but a lower one didn´t helped me out,
if needed you can even raise it.

in google don't find any think just in man procmail
This is a procmail error. Do those users have .procmailrc files?
