Hello,
I have currently 4 domains and one catchall, which is fine, if I work
alone but not realy funny, if I get users on the 4 domains with the same
name...
My current fetchmail config is
----[ '/etc/fetchmailrc' ]----------------------------------------------
########################### GLOBAL OPTIONS ###########################
set no bouncemail
set postmaster michelle(_dot_)konzack(_at_)tamay-dogan(_dot_)net
set invisible
set no syslog
########################### SERVER OPTIONS ###########################
poll webmail.friendsdomain.com
proto imap
timeout 30
qvirtual "some-weird-name-catchall-"
envelope 0 "Delivered-To:"
############################ USER OPTIONS ############################
user some-weird-name-catchall
pass shouldnotinterstyou
is *
antispam -1
batchlimit 100
fetchall
expunge 10
dropstatus
nokeep
------------------------------------------------------------------------
and this is working.
Now the problem is, that incoming messages will have NO DOMAIN PART. :-(
So, now my friend created 4 multidrop boxes (own for each domain) and
now the Delivered-To: looks like
tamay-dogan(_dot_)net-some-weird-catchall-${LOCALPART}(_at_)friendsdomain(_dot_)com
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^
tdwave.net
can4linux.org
flexray4linux.org
but this does not more work with SMTP transfer.
Now what would you do? -- Not using qvirtual/envelope and forwarding
to procmail which then correct the "Delivered-To:" and forward it to the
MTA (courier)?
Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
Michelle Konzack
