Thanks Sean and Rich for the response.
I wished I can do this on user level but I cannot. The intended recipient
has no mailbox on the server. It is being forwarded using a RT
mailgateway. Here's my /etc/aliases looks like.
#RT Mailgate user for "production"
prod1: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue prod1 --action correspond --url
http://srv1.domain.net/rt/"
Any email to prod1(_at_)srv1(_dot_)domain(_dot_)net will go directly to RT
Ticketing. The
messages are stored on the RT DB.
Where can I set my filter globally, so that email for
prod1(_at_)srv1(_dot_)domain(_dot_)net with failure notice or "** RECOVERY
<any character>
** OK" will be disregarded.
Thanks!
Roehl
