You do not need locking for spamassassin and I would never recommend
using spamassassin directly. This ist what spamd/spamc are for. Make
sure, spamd is running as daemon.

Here you use a mailbox and not locking... This could be very dangerous.
Also why are you using the full path? At the beginning of the
~/.procmailrc you have normaly MAILDIR and DEFAULT defined...

The Subject line is wrong.
The whole thing should be look like:
