procmail issues : Lock failure on "xxx" , Error while writing to "xxx" ,

Hello there ,

My name is Bank , from Thailand. I am using Postfix as MTA and using
procmail to process and classify
SPAM messages into user's spam folder.

The emails are stored on NFS exported from SunStorageTek in Maildir format.

Today, while I monitor the procmail log
I got these error messages.

procmail: Lock failure on "/home/u2/seng/s2010064/Maildir/.Spam/cur.lock"
procmail: Error while writing to "/home/u2/seng/s2010064/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/ksci/ktyupa/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/ksci/kwsudalu/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/kcrsc/direcoff/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/keng/kcjarruw/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/keng/kachuens/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/keng/kbsulee/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/ksci/kwnipon/Maildir/.Spam/cur"
procmail: Timeout, was waiting for "/home/kind/kpratcha/Maildir/.Spam/cur"

and I also got : command time limit exceeded on /var/log/syslog

in additional , the /etc/procmailrc file is like this.

DEFAULT=$HOME/Maildir/cur
LOGFILE=/var/log/procmail.log
LOGABSTRACT=yes

What can I do to correct this problems ?
Locking on NFS is the problems ?
About procmail permission to write the inbox?
