Any chance that postfix groks plussed addressing? If so, just send the
BCCs to user+sent(_at_)out(_dot_)domain(_dot_)tld, and they'll be directed to the users own
mail account (without diddling on your part to create a bunch of
aliases). You can handle the archiving in the global procmailrc, where
you'll get the account from $LOGNAME.
