Hi list,
is there a way to copy all messages to a certain maildir or mailbox,
say "archives", or "all_mail", and then keep processing, so to then
move the message according to the other rules?
What problem are you trying to solve that makes you think saving a
message twice is the solution?
Good catch :) I like to keep a mailbox where I can look at all my mail
as it arrive, and it would also be a nice way to back everything up
for later refiltering. Kind of gmail's "All mail" folder.
But you're right, this is a broken design decision. It's useless
without the ability of marking messages read in all-mail, and have
them also marked as read in the other(s?) maildirs. I guess this is a
job for the email client.
