You might want to open such a message in a text editor and have a look at
what you are actually dealing with. Remember, procmail knows only two
things: that which is Header and that which is not Header. So being clever
with "attachments" means first having to figure out what those are (in the
procmail sense). Or, feeding the message to another process that does it
for you (something like the ancient demime tool for example).
Some folks here might have current knowledge of such tools, I stopped
worrying about them some years back.
