Did you try testing it in a sandbox BEFORE changing anything?
The file rc.routingAddressList contains the following list of addresses:
japan-tac-test
cem-tac-dev
cem-japan-dev
cem-korea-dev
Those aren't _addresses_. Not RFC-822 compliant, at least. Slap a
host/domain portion on those, willya?
procmail: Match on "^To:(.*\<)\/[^ ].*"
procmail: Assigning "TO=<tkomal(_at_)att(_dot_)net>"
Would help to know what the Cc: header is on your test message...
