It would be better that Received-SPF headers include the host name
where it has been added, as they could be more received headers than
received-spf ones (i.e when not all the world is spf compliant and
when the message has passed through different stages ay the same host
and not all stages have made an spf check). It could look like this:
Received-SPF: at host.foo.bar, spf result

10.0 times 0.1 is hardly ever 1.0.
