IMHO the best way is to add an SPF record in your primary domain (the one
that is used for naming the sending servers) which specifies your servers
as allowed senders (eg. notification._spf.example.com). Then have your
clients include that record in their domains:
"v=spf1 include:notification._spf.example.com ?all"
Of course it would be even better if your clients would specify their own
MTAs too, between "include:..." and "?all", maybe even using "~all" for
softfail instead of "?all" for neutral.
