The SPF Council Thingy

A new wiki, called a Thingy[1], has been created as an organ for the SPF
Council. The council will use the Thingy to inform about its plans for
the SPF project, its work, and the resolutions it passes.
Only council members and commissioned others will be able to edit the
Thingy, but everybody will be able to read everything.
If you want to know something about the council or its work that can not
be found on the Council Thingy, please contact the Council Secretary[2].
