Hi,
Read up on your VB doco about how to call external DLLs - it's not too
hard. Since RMSPF.DLL is not a COM object, it looks like you're
looking at the wrong stuff presently.

I don't know what a VB .Net Project is.

RMSPF.DLL is just the compiled source RMSPF.C plus the database engine for
the cache file. It is not a COM component.
