They expect you to decide it on the presented info, target
URLs shown at the bottom. Normal users have no idea what
a mail header might be, this "phishing IQ test" is a game..
Playing dumb user is actually fairly simple: if an email or a link from an
email asks you to enter login details or person information, don't do so. If
you're still concerned contact the organisation that apparently sent you the
email directly.
