Dear community, dear council,
today at 00:00 UTC the "Council Election Procedures" community vote[1] has
ended. These are the results:

| 1. Approve the council election procedures proposed by the sitting
| council, and approve the prolongation of the term of the sitting
| council since 2005-12-02.
| 2. Disapprove the council election procedures proposed by the sitting
| council. The sitting council shall propose new council election
| procedures by the 1st of February 2006.
| (loses to 1. by 27--0)
| 3. Dissolve the council body as such and let the project continue in an
| unorganized manner.
| (loses to 1. by 27--0, loses to 2. by 13--2)
As a result, the council body will be maintained as a permanent insti-
tution and this year's council election will begin today. Watch out for
the official announcement in a separate message.
