If the sub-domain does not have an SPF record, then SPF cannot help you
with whitelisting them.
You could whitelist the sub-domain with some other whitelisting feature of
Postfix, but that would be unsafe because anyone could forge that
unprotected sub-domain (and I don't know how to do it as I'm no Postfix
expert, sorry).
