Yes, but the first wording was bad (misleading), and that's better, but
even better is:
WHEN PRA == MFROM, SID is equivalent to SPFv1
or
WHEN PRA == MFROM, SID is equivalent to SPFv1 because SID and SPFv1 are
checking the same value.
