Are there any examples/lists of what the various options for spf_local_policy mean? I'm referring to http://www.libspf2.org/docs/api.html#SPF_compile_local_policy

Note that local policy is not standarized as part of RFC 4408.  Many/most
implementations have some kind of local policy capability.  I believe that
the libspf2 is the original local policy and so otherw will likely be
similar.  Consult implementation specific documentation (if any).
