Hi all,

I have set up a web page that describes the procedures and work environment
used for editing the project's RFC documents:

  http://new.openspf.org/RFC_Authoring

I'm not sure yet from where that page should be linked, though. (If we
choose to tackle SPFv2.1 or other formal documents such as "best
practices" etc., then we should probably set up a "Working Groups" page
where such a link could go.)
