1and1. Actually, they're not rejecting all NONEs (just as well, I think); I've
done some further tests, but they are SPF-checking their incoming and SRS
rewriting their outgoing when forwarding. So cheap forwarders aren't
necessarily bad, but domain owners don't know which ones will and which ones
won't.
