However at <http://packages.debian.org/> the following appear:

packages]
You can get i386/arch-all binary packages for those packages (plus
libmail-spf-perl itself) from the following Debian package repository:

There's also a repository signing key:

Using the -d flag to override first complains then fails tests 2, 6-7,
9-10, 12-15 without producing a package.
They're dependencies for a reason!
