Eventually I did put some content in http://fixforwarding.org/. It is
an SMTP fix loosely related to SPF, that was discussed on this list
last January (Yet another attempt to fix forwarding.)
It is still incomplete, but I think it's comprehensible. Sooner or
later I'll fill the missing details, and try and derive some code
and/or a draft from that. Stay tuned.
