I have an <xsl:attribute name="value"> tag in an input tag, this does write
the value, what could be wrong, please see my code below.

tabindex="12">
        <xsl:if test="$iSCID != '0'">
                <xsl:attribute name="value">

                </xsl:attribute>
        </xsl:if>
</input>
